1. Conditions for Returns.
a. We accept returns only for the following reason:
- The goods received is wrong regarding colour, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The goods received has workmanship defects that are not caused by the customer (evidence is needed).
b. Request for return must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the goods. Please contact us with the above evidence before shipping the goods.
c. If the evidence is accepted, we shall inform you of the seller's address to return the goods. DO NOT ship the goods to ECOSY PTE. LTD. office address.
2. Damaged Packaging.
a. If the package arrived in a damaged condition, please take photos of the damage as evidence and do not accept the delivery from the courier company.
b. Contact us immediately and send us the photo to follow-up with the seller.
3. The following are not allowed to be returned:
a. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
b. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
c. Gift cards
d. Downloadable software products
e. Some health and personal care items
4. Refunds (if applicable).
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item to verify the evidence in para 1c.
b. Once the evidence is verified correct, we shall provide a refund or a replacement product as per your request.
5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
a. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
b. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
c. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
d. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
6. Sale items (if applicable)
a. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
To return your product, please email us before shipping your product. The product needs to return to the brand. Do not send the product directly to ECOSY PTE LTD's office or it will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
